Astrid and I occasionally go for a walk at lunch time.
We had the best intentions but our efforts were scuppered by Ivan.
When we popped in to get Astrid's waterproofs the smell was incredible, Ivan was cooking mussels!
We skipped the exercise and just ate Ivan's lunch with a lovely wine from New Zealand.
our exercise routine might need rethinking.....
